VorteX was Created as a squad of Friends who want to have fun playing the game together, for this reason it was concluded that every member new or old should have equal rights within the squad.

The Running of VorteX
1. There are no leaders
2. Each Full Squad Member has the same rights as any other.

Recruiting
1. Any Full Squad member may put forward a person for recruitment
2. A poll must be held for each new prospective squad member
3. In the Case of a close call on voting a trial period may be set out for the new member to adjust and prove his trustworthyness and loyalties. this will be followed by a vote for FULL member status


Challenges
1. Any Full Squad Member may acknowledge a challenege and send them to the forums, where preperations will be made for the Match.

Kicking of a Member
1.Hopefully this should never happen but occasionally it does, in this event a case should be made in the private members forums and a vote held on the issue when all sides of the argument have been heard.
